Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@vibethreads.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VIBETHREADS is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect
Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@vibethreads.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
