Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Times We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Possible Delays

VIBETHREADS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@vibethreads.shop and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. VIBETHREADS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@vibethreads.shop. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
